You are cordially invited to attend the guest lecture delivered by Dr KWAN Cheuk-chiu, the Director of ACE Centre for Business and Economic Research and a Hong Kong economist. He is currently the director of the ACE Centre for Business and Economic Research, a member of the Hong Kong Government Public Affairs Forum and the Long-term Housing Strategy Steering Committee. He served as an associate professor in the Department of Economics and the director of the Quality of Life Research Center of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Dr Kwan got a PhD degree in Economics from Concordia University, Canada. Please find the guest lecture details as follows:
