Guest Lecture: Turkey’s “Asia Anew” Policy: Middle Corridor and the Belt and Road

You are cordially invited to attend the guest lecture delivered by Mr. Peyami Kalyoncu, who is the Consul-General of Turkey in Hong Kong since September 2019. Previously, he was the Head of Maritime Affairs Department at the Turkish Foreign Ministry and he has served abroad at various positions in Turkish Embassies in Lefkosa, Brasilia, Tripoli, Doha, Baku and Consulate General in Barcelona. He is a graduate of Bilkent University, International Relations Department, and holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations, Security and Development from the Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona. He has also obtained a Diploma on the Law of the Sea at Rhodes Academy of the Law of the Sea, University of Virginia. He will share the Turkey’s “Asia Anew” Policy in Middle Corridor and the Belt and Road. Please find the guest lecture details as follows:
